Sustainability at Work was born out of the desire to bring 'people' back into the centre of the sustainability and 'green' building movements. After working for years within the property sector, it became clear that people are fundamental to the environmental performance of a building and central to business success. Sustainability at Work was established to make sure this is, and always is, the case.
Sustainability at Work believes:
In promoting positive behaviour
We all need to act more sustainably by using less, using things more than once and recycling
Respect, tolerance and transparency is the key to successful relationships
Work should be fun and ‘wins’ should always be celebrated; and
Putting the 'people passion' back into the workplaces, marketing campaigns, projects and training.
